During my life I must have lost more than 50 kg by lots of weight loss solutions. But that’s because I lost the same 5 kg more than 10 times! A lot of people tell me the same thing happens to him. I wonder how many women in the world (and their daughters!) are dieting right now. We spend billions of dollars a year on diets and weight loss products, yet nearly two-thirds of the population is overweight, and this is a trend that is growing at the same rate as our bellies!
Of course, most of these weight loss strategies don’t work and give us a hard time without giving us any results in return. There are diets that aim to make you live by eating only a mixture of grapefruit and cabbage soup. There are also routines to ensure you get perfect abs with less than 20 minutes of exercise a day. At the end of the day, however, it all comes down to a simple question: What really works?
I am absolutely convinced that you can lose weight and that there are natural ways to do it without starving yourself or eating strange foods that are nothing like real food. Forms that do not include medications, unusual tricks, or exotic diets. Instead, I believe it is possible to lose weight and improve your life with a healthy, balanced diet.
Give a little life to your diet
One of the keys to losing weight is making healthy choices when it comes to choosing what to eat.
Visit the market and start eating fresh seasonal produce – local fruits and vegetables are best for you! Forget about the heavy food that is eaten in winter and eat more summer food for a while. Eat more salad, grilled chicken, seafood and fresh fruit.
Keeping a written record of the food you eat every day is a great weight loss tool – try to be responsible! Make a note of the things you eat and the activities you do, and a record like this will make it easier to stay in control and take responsibility for your actions!
Having a record of your dietary decisions will help you see if you have a tendency to fall into eating patterns that make it harder to lose weight. If you gorge yourself on candy every afternoon at the office, it’s probably time to keep some healthier snacks on your desk.
Get up and start moving!
What’s one of the best ways to start losing weight? Getting out of bed when the sun comes up. Doing some yoga or walking as soon as you get up is usually very effective.
There is another routine that can also help you a lot: lose those kilos by running! Go for a half-hour run or walk every day.
No one can deny that getting a little extra exercise during the day helps you lose weight. If you don’t have time to go out and sweat a little after work, why don’t you get up a little early and start the day exercising? Getting physical activity as soon as you get out of bed is a great way to avoid having to worry about it for the rest of the day, and it will make you feel much more energetic!
Don’t stand in the way of your own success.
Stop blaming others and start taking responsibility for what you put in your mouth and how you exercise!
If you’re having trouble losing weight, ask yourself what’s getting in your way. Try to be honest with your answers. If you eat garbage every night before going to bed and jump on the couch to watch TV when you should be running, you’ll never get the results you want.
Take a break! Take a break!
Yes, it’s very important to make an effort to lose weight – in fact, it’s fundamental – but it’s also important to be good to yourself. Don’t torture yourself for every mistake you make or for every extra calorie: doing this will only interrupt your progress and prevent you from moving forward.
